Kevin is a fourth generation San Franciscan and native of Noe Valley, who owns and lives now in Glen Park. The son of one of the top producers in Noe Valley, he has had the benefit of incredible exposure to many unique properties and deals. Kevin has helped his clients navigate the unique San Francisco real estate market having witnessed several business cycles, bringing experience and long-term perspective to his practice.
Kevin manages his and his partner’s income properties, so he knows the difficulties of owning rental properties in a city under rent control. As a member of the Small Properties Owners Institute, the Apartment Owners Association, the Residential Builders Association, and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, he is well versed in what it takes to successfully maintain investment properties in San Francisco. He is informed about green building, contemporary interiors, finishings, remodeling, new construction and architectural & historical significance; he understands how to communicate the features and benefits for the sale of your home or investment.
